By accessing and using LogoDemand, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
LogoDemand provides a platform connecting clients who need logo design services with freelance designers. We facilitate logo design contests where designers submit work and clients select winners.
You must register for an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Contest fees are charged at the time of contest launch. By posting a contest, you agree to award the prize to a winning designer. Refunds are available if fewer than 30 unique designs are received within the contest period.
Upon payment of the contest prize and selection of a winning design, full copyright of the winning logo transfers to the client. Designers retain rights to non-winning submissions.
Designers must submit original work only. Plagiarism or submission of work owned by others is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of prizes.
If your contest does not receive at least 30 unique logo designs, you are entitled to a full refund of the contest fee. Upgrade fees are non-refundable.
LogoDemand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific contest in question.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
